Hey, that kid STOLE a loaf of bread! Shades of
Les Miserables!
Did everyone notice that the footage of the lariat looping around the bread is actually backwards footage of the lariat being removed from the bread? It would have been a pretty good trick -- worthy of Will Rogers -- for the kid to scoot the rope UNDER the bread from outside the window...

What got me the most about this commercial is that it looks like it was shot in someone's backyard. Check the scene where the kid is running away with the bread - it looks like a low class neighborhood in an industrial area.
My question is: Does anyone buy national brand bread?

I like "County Fair" brand, probably because Raymond Scott wrote a jingle for it.
